Il comprend un hall d’entrée avec WC visiteur, un living avec salon, salle à manger (6 personnes), cuisine (frigo, congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, four, 4 taques de cuisson vitrocéramiques. La cuisine donne sur un balcon avec une petite table et chaises.(plein sud) Il y a 2 chambres de 16m2 (lit 2 personnes, 2 tables de nuit, bureau, chaise de bureau, étagère, commodes et armoire. Il y a également 2 grands placards dans le hall de nuit (1 par personne) et enfin une salle de bain (machine à laver, sèche linge, bain douche, 2ème toilette, évier, placards). L’appartement est meublé. Il y a protège matelas, couette et coussins. La cuisine dispose de toute la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine nécessaire. Il y a également une machine à café. Il y a aussi: matériel de nettoyage, aspirateur, table et fer à repasser. Le loyer est de 550€ par chambre et 100€ de charge (wifi, eau, gaz, électricité, ascenseur, concierge, entretien des communs, entretien des jardins).
