The Acropolis is only 4 km away and only 1.5 from the lively areas of Monastiraki or Gazi. This 2-bedroom unit offers a flat-screen TV, a brand new bathroom and kitchen, an induction stove, oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and a small balcony. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Perfectly located across the road from the local square where cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets, and the local church are found. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
