The apartment is located in a very strategic place, next to Keramikos, Petralona, and Thissio - you can be anywhere in 5 minutes on foot! This apartment has a double spacious bed next to a fully equipped kitchen, a flat TV, and two comfortable armchairs The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Attention please: The air conditioning only works when all the doors and windows are closed. Otherwise, it will remain off. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets of top quality. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Keramikos is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 20 meters away. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
