The apartment is a few blocks away from Sygrou road, near maternity hospitals, the Niarchos Foundation Center, and the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer. Cutlery, dishes, pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The whole place is fully air-conditioned, accompanied by a boiler and a solar panel that provides 24 hours hot water. The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. The nearest beach is only 2 km away. Only 200 m away from the apartment, there are bus stations from where you can take a bus to the city center and reach it in less than 10 minutes or the bus from the opposite direction to the beaches in the southern suburbs. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
