You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine, a laptop, and a PS3 console with games. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, surrounded by a big balcony around the apartment, where you can chill out or you can take your breakfast or your coffee. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free WIFI! The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. The nearest beach is only 2 km away. Only 200 m away from the apartment, there are bus stations from where you can take a bus to the city center, to the south or northern suburbs. Nea Smyrni is a suburb of Athens, about 5 km southwest of downtown Athens. Nea Smyrni is located about 4 km (2 mi) southwest of central Athens. Its built-up area is continuous with those of Athens and the neighboring suburbs. It is the second-most densely populated municipality in Greece, following Kallithea. The main thoroughfare is Andrea Syngrou Avenue, which forms the northwestern border of the municipality and connects it with central Athens and the coast. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
