This awesome apartment is located a breath away from Acropolis, a 3 minutes walk from the Acropolis Metro station in the center of Athens, and can host up to 5 people within 120 sq. m!! The apartment is on the second floor of a typical Athenian building. It has two bedrooms and in the living room, there is a sofa with a pull-out bed that can host one more guest. A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes and pans, a kettle, an espresso coffee maker, a toaster, and a filter coffee machine are a few of the amenities offered. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Acropoli s the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
