Modern apartment in Athens! This is a completely new and freshly renovated apartment (August 2021). If you want to live 100 meters away from the Acropolis museum and just 5 minutes from the Acropolis entrance then this apartment is a must-have option. The apartment, is renovated in 2021, is on the 6th floor of a typical Athenian building and it can host up to 2 guests. It is furnished and fully equipped. There is one bedroom and a luxury private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The huge balcony with its marvelous Acropolis view is really astonishing! The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Acropolis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 50 meters away. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony Common quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
