Modern apartment in Athens! This is a stunning apartment of 125 sq.m. Its decoration is modern, built around some vintage Art Deco furniture from the 30s. It is located right at the back entrance of the Acropolis Museum, and less than 100 meters away from Dionysiou Areopagitou street and the Acropolis metro station. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Athenian building and it can host up to 8 guests. It has three bedrooms: - The Green room with a double bed and a private bathroom. - The Purple room with two single beds that can easily become a second double bed. - The Blue room with a single bed that hides another pull-out single bed with a quality mattress. In the living room, there is a sofa with a pull-out bed that can host two people. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. From the spacious living room, the dining room, and the Green room, you can access the front (east) balcony with a view of the Acropolis museum and a partial view of the Acropolis rock. There is one more balcony on the other side of the apartment, in front of the Blue room and the Purple room (west), facing the yards of typical old Athenian houses. You can also request access to our roof garden (6 pm - 8 pm) with a great view of the Acropolis and the city of Athens. Up there, you can have your coffee or a glass of wine under the Athenian sky, enjoying the spectacular view of the Acropolis! Please note, though, that you are kindly requested to strictly obey the quiet - siesta hours and the rules for keeping the roof area clean and proper. The apartment has a fast Wi-Fi connection, a 32HD led TV with a web browser, and air-conditioning units in every room. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
