The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster, and a filter coffee machine. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. Stay in one of the best & safest areas of Athens, and walk everywhere. Syntagma - Plaka - Acropolis - Monastiraki - Kolonaki - Acropolis Museum - Platia Karitsi Bar neighborhood - Ermou Shopping Street: they are ALL within walking distance, from 1 MINUTE away to a maximum of 15 minutes. The safest area of Athens, in a lively neighborhood with everything open 24/7. Walk less than a minute and get the metro, ta(hidden) bus! Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
