Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free WIFI! Distance to: -center of Athens (Akropolis) 9km -Glyfada's Shopping Center 5m -Beach 150m -Golf course (18 holes - SSS 72) 1km The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beachside apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is only 150 m away and there are many other organized beaches in Glyfada, Voula, and Vouliagmeni areas which are a very popular choice for swimming, walking, and dining. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summertime compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. There is a public parking space, a bus station (40 m away from the apartment) from where you can take it to the city center, a supermarket, a bakery, and a pharmacy. Only 100 m from the apartment you can find a playground for children. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
