Decorated with high-resolution prints of Modern art, this lovely house is fully equipped and will provide you with the best stay. The building was constructed in the late '70s and the apartment, which lies on the fourth floor (accessed by elevator), was renovated in 2018. There is a spacious living room with a really comfortable double sofa bed and a single sofa bed which can be used as beds. Also a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a big closet. Bed linen, towels, bath amenities, and all electric devices are provided. The balcony with an amazing sea view will offer you the completely ideal relaxation that everyone needs. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Elliniko is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. The house is ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to spend their summer holidays in a beachside apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach of Glyfada is less than one km away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in the Voula and Vouliagmeni areas. During summer time the coastline of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are a very popular choice for swimming, walking, and dining. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
