It is a 10-minute walk from the major archaeological sites and the lively city center (including Acropolis Hill and Plaka). There are 3 separate bedrooms with 3 double beds or 1 double and 4 single beds. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The kitchen, which is spacious and makes cooking a pleasure, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, and toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine. Big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen and towels are provided. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Aghios Ioannis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional taverna, a pharmacy, banks, and public transport. The nearest beach is 4 km away. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
