The apartment is located near the motorway exit and the cycle path that runs along the Arno river, where in summer you will find numerous bars and restaurants, we are also close to the Tuscany Hall theater and the Bellariva swimming pool. The neighborhood is very calm and residential, perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying the surroundings. Please note that: - All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking. - Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent.
