In the case of registration the guest must pay 100 euros at move in time. This amount is non-refundable. In the case of early ending of contract the deposit will not be refunded. In case of damages the tenant will be charaged. In the case of smoking inside the tenant will be charged for 500 euros and the contract will immediately be ended. It's not allowed to bring guests or having party or making noise from 10 PM. Distance to the train station 10 min, to the city center 14 min, to the local shopping center 5 min, to the park 2 min. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
