Private, 9 square meter room in basement, with a shared bathroom and shower, in Reykjavík area 104. No access to kitchen or living room. Room includes bed (160 cm), closet, table, folding chair, small fridge, microwave, kettle for hot water, Airfryer and basic plates and utensils. There is also a small closet in front of the room where things can be stored. Heat, electricity, internet and access to a washing machine two days a week included. Sheets, duvet and towels as well. No smoking or vaping. Only suitable for one person. No pets allowed. Buses #12, #14 and #16 are close, as well as a large Bónus store and Reebok fitness center....

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
