Many shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. are just around. Easy access to all kinds of transportation. Utilities are included, but in case you consume more than 5000czk the excess you need to shoulder due to the in(hidden)n of the utilities in Prague which are changing prices every month. For stays more than 3 months the security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent...
