The smaller bedroom contains a single bed and the larger bedroom has a queen size bed and balcony. The 1 bathroom has been recently refurbished with a modern touch. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area offer the perfect place for entertaining guests or relaxing after a long day. Boasting style and function, Aroche makes teleworking easy with a dedicated workstation by the windows in the living area. As with all our apartments, Aroche's kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with ducted air system. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
