There are beautiful hikes available in the nearby area, as well as mountain bike trails for those who wish to bring their own bike. There is a large shared garden that is available for tenants, as well as a shared pool in the summer months. The garden may sometimes be in use for small events or family gatherings, only in the high season. On request, tenants are also welcome to organise events or gatherings that are in agreement with the host. Usual fees for these can be discounted. With the hosts expertise, yoga sessions and massage can also be arranged....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
