Located on calle Jose ortega y gasset next to the Carrefour supermarket with a dounble bed, wardrobe, air purifier (optional), study table with cable or wifi connection and window to the patio. 3 min walk from the metro with line Metro Nuñez de Balboa (L 5 and 9), Lista (L 4) and Diego de León (L 4, 5, 6). The apartment environment is quiet and respectful, we do not allow parties, noise, or smoking. As a welcome gift, we will give you a kit of personal hygiene products, a kit of disinfection plus a towel and set of sheets already mounted in the room. Apartment is very well connected with Gran Via, Sol, Callao by buses and / or subway, near the streets Prince of Vergara, Count of Peñalver, María Molina, Goya, Velázquez, Padilla, Serrano. Metro Nuñez de Balboa (L 5 and 9), Lista (L 4) and Diego de León (L 4, 5, 6). Common floor areas: kitchen with two refrigerators and two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) . There's no living room....
