The room is situated in an apartment on the first floor with two other bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with a private bathroom, a totally equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The apartment will be shared with 3 to 4 other roommates. The bills for water, gas, electricity, and heating are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave. Cleaning of the apartment: tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. The staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, balcony). In case the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to be divided between each tenant of the apartment. Periodic sanitization: periodically, the common areas, and, on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with ozone technology.
