It has all the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine. There are 2 fully equipped bedrooms. The first one is both a cosy and well-ventilated space, It is decked out with a king-size bed that is both comfy and aesthetically pleasing. It has a TV and a wardrobe to store your belongings, so you can have all the more reason to relax in your space. The second contains a not less comfy queen bed. All beds include hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
