The first consists of an open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, well lit by neon lights placed on the cabinets, and a dining table with four seats. The second part of the living room features the large sofa in front of the television. Next to the sofa is the French window that opens onto the balcony from which you can see the roofs of the city; next to this is the door that leads to the closet, in which are stored washing machine and vacuum cleaner. The second balcony is on the opposite side, next to the dining table. From the stairs there is access to the loft where there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Note: please ask for confirmation of the presence of equipment, appliances and linen during your booking request. You can rent this apartment from 2 up to a maximum of 9 months. The price include: - Check-in with one of our representatives or the owner of the apartment - Condominium fee; - Utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) Amounts excluded from the price - Agency fees: before check-in an additional amount equal to 10% of the total rental is required. - Contract registration fees. During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca). Security deposit We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to three months rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)). ---ITA--- Il monolocale si apre su un moderno soggiorno tinto sui toni sobri del grigio in cui si distinguono zona pranzo e zona living. La prima si compone di cucina a vista dotata di forno e lavastoviglie, ben illuminata da luci al neon posizionate sui pensili, e tavolo da pranzo con quattro sedute. Il seconda parte del soggiorno vede protagonista l'ampio divano posto di fronte alla televisione. Accanto al sofà si trova la porta finestra che dà sul balcone da cui si vedono i tetti della città; di fianco a questa si trova la porta che conduce allo sgabuzzino, nel quale sono riposte lavatrice e aspirapolvere. Il secondo balconcino si trova invece sul lato opposto, di fianco al tavolo da pranzo. Dalle scale si accede al soppalco in cui si trova il letto matrimoniale. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
