Room shared with the Landlord and two cats. Quiet room with balcony and lit by a French window. The room is comfortable, designed to accommodate 2 people. Free WIFI connection in the room 24 hours a day. There is a double bed, a wardrobe with drawers, two bookcases, a table with a chair and a single bed It includes bed linen, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, and blankets for the winter. Sheets, towels and tea towels are changed every week. The room and bathroom are cleaned and sanitized every day according to anti-trust regulations. There are pots, cups, glasses, plates and cutlery for shared use in the kitchen. There is an iron/ironing board, washing machine (which can be used one a week). The living room is private of the Landlord. If one person is renting the room the monthly rent is 600€ plus 150€ of utilities , if 2 people are renting it the monthly rent is 900€ plus 250€ of utilities. External guest are required to pay 25€ per night, including utilities. 5 minutes from the house there is the tram 8 stop (metropolitan tram runs every 5 minutes) with which it is possible to reach the Trastevere district, Isola Tiberina, Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon, the Porta Portese market (on Sundays). Under the house there is the bus stop 31 which reaches San Pietro. Also with Tram 8 you can reach the John Cabot University The 791 takes you to the modern EUR district and the 792 to the Roma TRE university. Dial 792 takes you to Link Campus University. With number 44 you reach the American Academy in Rome. It 'a pleasure to give guidance on how to move in and around Rome. Coming from Fiumicino Airport can take a comfortable train to Trastevere station and take the tram 8 which leaves 5 minutes from home. Arriving at the Termini Station with a single bus H up to 5 minutes....
