At the end towards the right side of the living room, you can find the entrance to the open concept kitchen that is set up in two halves facing each other where on one side there’s a counter that can be used for chopping, keeping frequently used supplies, or even drying dishes and on the other side that is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, and a fridge. The end of the living room opens up to a private balcony that’s around 9m2 where you can enjoy an unhindered view of Paris. Located in a diverse district that draws partygoers to lively bars around Rue Oberkampf and its surrounding streets. Home to foodies fashionistas and vogue restaurants. The apartment is very close to ESCP Business School, Lycée Voltaire, and Square Maurice-Gardette. Nearby Metro Stations - Voltaire, - Rue Saint-Maur, - Saint-Ambroise.
