The studio is situated on the 5th floor (with an elevator) with a classic French carpeted staircase. It is fully furnished & equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa bed (The sofa converts into a proper double bed with an in-built mattress), two bedside tables with lamps, a round table with four chairs, and an external wardrobe with a mirror. The kitchen consists of an electric stove that offers two burners, a sink, an upper and lower closet attached to the wall, a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, and cutlery. The washroom comes with a washing machine, a shower cabin with a sliding door, a WC, a sink with a mirror on top, and a closet underneath. The studio composes of two windows that illuminate the place with natural sunlight. (Check out the last two pictures for the view from the windows) Location At the intersection of the famous Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré and Avenue de Wagram, the studio is right in front of Places des Ternes which is surrounded by various markets, parks, landmarks, and local shops such as the Marché du Poncelet and Parc Monceau. The studio is a 1 min walk away from Ternes Metro (line 2) & 5 mins away from Charles de Gaulle – Étoile Metro (Line 1,2,6 & RER A). Neighborhood Situated on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, a street located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, France. Relatively narrow and nondescript, especially in comparison to the nearby avenue des Champs Élysées, it is cited as being one of the most luxurious and fashionable streets in the world thanks to the presence of virtually every major global fashion house, the Élysée Palace (official residence of the President), the Hôtel de Pontalba (residence of the United States Ambassador to France), the Embassy of Canada, the Embassy of the United Kingdom, and numerous art galleries.
