The toilet consists of a proper shower with a WC and a small wash basin. The studio features a comfortable & convertible sofa-bed with small tables and chairs around to have seating arrangements to invite around 5-6 friends. It also has a coffee table with candlelight for a romantic dinner. Or the other hand, there’s a TV which is mounted on the wall for some Netflix & Chill. For laundry purposes, there’s a launderette right downstairs. Location 3 mins from Chateau Rouge (line 4) & 4 mins from Marcadet-Poissonniers (Lines 4 & 12). Close to convenience stores, banks, Pharmacy, etc. Neighborhood The 18th arrondissement is centered around the charming hilltop Montmartre (“La Butte”), a former artists’ village once inhabited by Picasso and Dali, and home to the majestic Sacré-Cœur basilica. There are sweeping views of the city from the steep, winding streets, while the iconic Moulin Rouge cabaret below draws tourists and nightclubbers. The edgy Lamarck district attracts hipsters with retro-cool bars and eateries. It’s a vibrant area with loads of food and beverage options and lots of chic cafes around the corner.
