Cozy Student Room in a Peaceful Villa – South Stockholm A welcoming place for dedicated students who enjoy a quiet and friendly environment, with excellent public transport just a 24 min ride from the city centre. We offer one room on the first floor of a charming villa, fully equipped and shared with two other friendly students. Most of our residents are university students, though occasionally we host short-term guests working in Stockholm. Your Room: Small, cozy room, 8 m2 One closet, two chest of drawers 90 cm wide bed and a desk Pets: A big, friendly herding dog and a cat live on the second floor. They sometimes wander into the first-floor apartment, so this room is not suitable for severe allergies or fear of dogs. But if you love animals, they make great companions! The Neighbourhood: Our villa is located in Vega, South Stockholm, a peaceful and safe area with everything you need nearby. 9-minute walk (or 2-minute bus ride) to the Vega commuter rail station 24-minute train ride to Stockholm Central, trains every 15 minutes Last train from Stockholm Central to Vega at 1:30 am; night bus stops just a few meters from the house There are cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms around the corner. The activity house near the station has a library, music and podcast studios, indoor sports facilities, and more – all open to everyone. Nature is just around the corner: a forest with running and skiing tracks in winter, a clean lake with sandy beaches, sports fields, and a big shopping mall and hospital within walking distance. The countryside and the archipelago are just a bus ride away. In the House: Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need – stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, blender, and more. Everyone has personal space in the fridge, freezer, one cabinet, and two drawers. Kitchen cloths, wipes, and dish soap are provided. Laundry: Open 10 hours a day, with washing machine, dryer, drying racks, and detergent included. Bathrooms: 1st bathroom: WC, sink, mirror cabinet, personal shelf, toilet paper included 2nd bathroom: shower, personal shelf, towel dryer Additional bathroom on the upper floor Living Room: Big corner sofa and a TV with streaming services included. Rent includes cleaning and maintenance of all shared spaces. The kitchen opens onto the living room, with a front door leading directly into the garden – perfect for relaxing or socializing. Second Floor Residents: I live on the second floor with my girlfriend Anya (sometimes a fourth student joins us). This floor has a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, and bathroom, so everyone has their privacy. The laundry room connects both floors. A spare room upstairs can be used for guests visiting friends and family. Rental Terms: You can stay as long as you need, but there is a 6-month trial period to ensure that the apartment remains a pleasant place for everyone. We want everyone who lives here to feel at home from day one. What We Expect: Comfort living with people from all over the world Open-minded and friendly attitude Help keep the home tidy: clean the kitchen after cooking, take out the trash, unload the dishwasher Teamwork mindset: if someone leaves a plate behind, put it in the dishwasher anyway – small gestures make a big difference! Life Here: This is a friendly, easy-going home. Pay the rent at the end of the month, then enjoy cooking, studying, relaxing, and spending time in a peaceful, welcoming environment....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
