Our apartment is located on the port of Genoa, a perfect location for anyone arriving from outside the city by car or ferry, and convenient for reaching the Piazza Principe station and the historic center, with its alleys and shops. The apartment consists of a large, recently renovated open space with an open kitchen and single sofa bed, a double bedroom overlooking the marina, and a large bathroom with a shower in front of the room. The kitchen with an induction cooker has everything you need, including a coffee maker, kettle, and microwave, and in the house, you will find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and private paid parking (10 € / day), on request. It is located in a modern, quiet building with a lift. Easily reachable from the motorway and well connected to the airport and the station from which all trains leave for Liguria and the main Italian cities, it is, therefore, an ideal apartment also for those passing through on a holiday! Genoa, a port city and capital of Liguria, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over the course of many centuries. Known as one of the largest medieval historic centers in Europe, the Genoese historic center is a maze of alleys (caruggi) that unexpectedly open into small squares, often linked, like the churches that overlook it, to important noble families. The spirit of Genoa resides precisely in the alleys, where smells, flavors, languages ​​, and different cultures mix. The 20€ fee that is stated as 'other' is for the registration of the contract. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
