Description

Amazing double bedroom - practically on the beach in Poble Nou, the best part of Barcelona. Who we are looking for - Someone young who is here to study or working. - International or multilingual (each of us has at least 2 languages). - Friendly and considerate with a positive attitude Flatmates and house vibe - We are a group of 3 international flatmates, (2 plus you). - We are young and active - in our 20s to 30s, either work or study, but also relax and have fun together on weekends or evening. - We are here for the languages, the beach and sun. We're not hardcore party people but like to hang out and do stuff or share a few drinks. Beach - 2 min walk to beach, literally! - Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. - SUP Paddle boarding at the base of the building. Volleyball, yoga and much more on the beach Room and Apartment - Your room is fully furnished, including linens and towels. The bed is a roomy queen-sized one. - Large and furnished kitchen, lots of fridge and freezer space. - The apartment is freshly renovated and very clean in general. - Soaps, toilet paper, cleaning supplies are included in the rent. - House towels: lots of fresh towels on the rack, take a new one whenever you feel like. - AquaService (drinking water): here in Spain the tap water is not so potable, we have delivery of drinking water. - We have excellent Internet (fastest available). - Friendly and interesting flatmates, we are an international crowd. - Two shared bathrooms split between four people - We clean up after ourselves and in general keep the apartment clean, take turns cleaning the common areas once a week. Entertainment - Best area ('barrio' in Spanish), the famous Rambla Poble Nou: restaurants, cafes, bars, arts, music! - Several shopping centers nearby: Glories Mall, Diagonal Mar, El Centre de la Vila - Picnic, badminton, Basketball and BBQ area 2 minutes walk along the beach. Transport - Metro line L4 (stop Poble Nou or Llacuna). - Busses that go in both directions along the beach and north towards the city. Swing by to take a look or hit me up to get to know us!...
