It’ s a second mezzanine floor (no lift) consisting of: an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen with a small table and chairs, stove, fridge, micro-oven, cooking utensils and washing machine; a bedroom with French bed (wide 120 cm), desk and flat screen TV, wardrobe and fan, a bathroom with shower and a small window. Central heating, free wi-fi and fans, it’s very warm in winter and quite cool in summer. It is in an excellent position, very close to the historic center just a few minutes on foot, for those arriving by car there is the possibility of parking in the same street or in the adjacent streets. The apartment is close to shops and supermarkets, 5-minute walk from the S.Ambrogio Market and the Santa Croce district, 5-minute walk from the Campo di Marte station (connected to Santa Maria Novella with a few minutes trip by train train, (only one stop).
