Due to its generous space, this apartment offers plenty of room for unforgettable moments with your family. In the living/bedroom you will find a double bed, a sofa bed, and a dining table. You will also find a wardrobe, dining area, and a sofa bed for 2 more people. For your entertainment, you will also find free wifi and a flat-screen TV in the apartment. In the separate bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed ready for you. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds and a smaller dining area. In your own kitchen, you can prepare a delicious meal with specialties from the nearby market. The equipment includes enough dishes, pots, pans, hotplates, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. All our guests can use a washing machine free of charge. You can reach St. Stephen's Cathedral and thus Vienna's city center within 15 minutes by public transport. Only a few minutes away are also numerous restaurants and bars, which invite you to eat and drink in a cozy atmosphere. The apartment building has 6 in-house parking spaces, which can be booked depending on availability. The price is hereby 300€/month. The price is valid for six people. For each additional person, we charge 225€/month. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet ausreichend Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Spüle. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Alle unsere Gäste können kostenlos eine Waschmaschine nutzen. Den Stephansdom und damit die Wiener Innenstadt erreichst Du mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt befinden sich auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, die zum Essen und Trinken in gemütlicher Atmosphäre einladen.
