Bed linen and towels provided with weekly change. Kitchen not available, but we provide electric hotplate, microwave, kettle and coffee machine in the common room. Coin-operated washing machine. Carrefour Express supermarket 5 minutes walk away. SMN train station 10 minutes walk away. Well connected by public transport to the University of Novoli and Careggi Hospital. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
