Die Wohnung, optimal für eine Langzeitmiete geeignet, in einem 2-Familienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem der perfekte Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der documenta-Stadt Kassel, des UNESCO Weltkulturerbes Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe und von vielen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten in Schauenburg und Umgebung. Das Apartment verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit direktem Ankleide- oder Bürozimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich. Alle Räume sind lichtdurchflutet, hell gestaltet und mit hochwertigen Stäbchenechtholz-Parkett sowie Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. In jedem Raum kann die Temperatur individuell reguliert werden. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe und Utensilien steht euch zur Verfügung. Folgende Geräte können genutzt werden: Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Sandwichmaker und Wasserkocher. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser pro Paar und Kaffee & Milch für einen ersten leckeren Cappuccino sind für unsere Gäste inklusive. Das frisch sanierte Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist ein Flat Screen-TV mit Netflix und kostenfreies High-Speed-WLAN. Diese Wohnung ist besonders kinder- und familienfreundlich. Der Garten verfügt über ein bodenebenes Trampolin, ein überdachten Sandkasten und ein kleines Gartenhäuschen. Auf Wunsch kann ein Baby-Beistellbett, ein Hochstuhl und kindgerechtes Spielzeug gestellt werden. Als Highlight gibt es auch ein Klavier im Wohnraum. Nach euren spannenden Erkundungstouren könnt ihr euch in der frisch sanierten 100 m2 große Wohnung mit direktem Zugang zur gemütlichen Süd-Terrasse und zum großen Garten ausruhen. Sie ist mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln und einem Weber-Gasgrill ausgestattet. Im Sommer ist es der perfekte Ort, um bei einem kühlen Bier oder einem Gläschen Wein den Abend mit einem entspannten Grillabend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Grill und der Garten kann gerne, in Absprache mit uns, genutzt werden. Zwei Parkplätze befinden sich auf dem Gelände des Hauses und stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht. Eine Ladestation für Elektroautos gibt es auch. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels erfolgt direkt vor Ort und ist sehr flexibel, da wir selbst auch in dem Haus wohnen.
