Wake up in our 2 bedroom apartment located right in the heart of Almada! This recently refurbished, sun-drenched apartment offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to Lisboa and Costa da Caparica. The apartment has two private balconies that overlook the Tejo River, offering unique views to enjoy your stay even more. You will be staying in a very lively area of Almada, where you find shops, restaurants, and cafés just around the corner. The apartment is bright and spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, television, and a washing machine, one bedroom with a double bed and desk, and one bedroom with a single bed. You will have two private balconies to enjoy, both with views of the river. You will be within walking distance from the ferry to Lisbon and about 10 min driving to the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica, and about 20 minutes driving to Lisbon. Also, the public transport of Almada such as busses and metro is within walking distance. Imagine stepping out on your balcony and enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony in the sun, overlooking the Tejo River. We are sure you will love your stay here. Spacious and full of natural light, the apartment is located on the 5th and top floor and though there is no elevator, the stairs are wide and easy to walk. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and also a filter coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. There is a big open living room with a dining table. There is a bathroom with a shower and there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a single bed. The apartment is very comfortable for 3 people to stay. Important note: For this property bills up to € 100 per month are included in the price. If you exceed this amount the difference will be charged extra. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
