The room costs € 480 This price is per month. Plus 70€ for heating, electricity and Internet per month The deposit is 1100€ and has to be when signing the contract. No smoking and no pets allowed The contract is for 5 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.
