This comfortable 2-bedroom apartment can accommodate travel groups of up to 6 people. Two separately accessible bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and the sofa in the living room can provide sleeping space for another 2 guests if necessary. From the living room, you can access the balcony, which offers a great view. The private kitchen in the apartment offers you the flexibility to cook your own meals. The equipment includes enough dishes, pots, pans, hotplates, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a sink and dishwasher. On hot summer days, you can regulate the temperature in the apartment through air conditioning. You can enjoy a quick shower or a relaxing bath at the end of the day in the practically furnished bathroom. Amenities such as a hairdryer, an iron, and a clothes horse are also available in the apartment. The in-house laundry room is available to all our guests free of charge. You can reach the city center from the apartment by a 15-minute walk through the beautiful first district of Vienna. In addition, the apartment is also super connected by public transport. The nearest subway station is less than 10 minutes away from the apartment house. The price is for four people. For each additional person, we charge 225 Euro/month. Dieses komfortable Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für Reisegruppen bis zu 6 Personen. Zwei getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer sind mit jeweils einem Doppelbett eingerichtet und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann bei Bedarf weiteren 2 Gästen den Schlafplatz bieten. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommst Du auf den Balkon, der einen tollen Ausblick bietet. Die eigene Küche im Appartement bietet Dir die Flexibilität, Deine eigenen Speisen kochen zu können. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet ausreichend Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Spüle und einen Geschirrspüler. An heißen Sommertagen kannst Du die Temperatur im Appartement durch die Klimaanlage regulieren. Eine schnelle Dusche oder ein entspannendes Bad am Ende des Tages kannst Du im praktisch eingerichteten Bad genießen. Auch Annehmlichkeiten, wie ein Fön, ein Bügeleisen und ein Wäscheständer sind im Apartment vorhanden. Die hauseigene Waschküche steht allen unseren Gästen kostenfrei zu Verfügung. Das Stadtzentrum erreichst Du vom Appartement aus durch einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang durch den wunderschönen ersten Wiener Bezirk. Außerdem ist das Appartement öffentlich auch super angebunden. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nicht mal 10 Minuten vom Appartementhaus entfernt. Der Preis gilt für vier Personen. Für jede weitere Person berechnen wir 225 Euro/month. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
