This apartment consists of 1 room and is equipped with two double beds, a sofa, a dining table, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. You can prepare traditional Viennese dishes yourself in your own kitchen. The equipment also includes a dining table with five chairs. Of course, your entertainment is also taken care of: a TV and free internet access (with Wi-Fi) are at your disposal. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. If you run out of clean laundry, a washing machine is available for you free of charge. The equipment also includes a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and a clothes horse. With the tram 1, you can get directly to the sight "Karlskirche". The price is for four people. For each additional person, we charge 225 Euro/month. Es wird natürlich auch für Deine Unterhaltung gesorgt: ein Fernseher und gratis Internetzugang (mit WLAN) stehen Dir zur Verfügung. Das moderne Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Sollte Dir die saubere Wäsche ausgehen, dann steht für Dich kostenlos eine Waschmaschine bereit. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet auch einen Fön, einen Staubsauger, ein Bügeleisen und einen Wäscheständer. Mit der Straßenbahn 1 gelangst Du direkt zur Sehenswürdigkeit "Karlskirche". Der Preis gilt für vier Personen. Für jede weitere Person berechnen wir 225 Euro/month. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.

If you cancel when your move-in date is:

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
  • Less than 7 days away – No refund
