BEDROOM for a girl roommate, located on the 3rd FLOOR in a beautiful building built in the 60s, in the heart of Watermael-Boitsfort (Green city) near the Calypso (Swimming pool). The COMMON are on the 1st FLOOR (living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace south with vineyard - area +/- 60 m2). Building and quiet residential area with only 1 neighbor on the 2nd floor and the son of the owner on the ground floor. I have already cohabited with trainees from the commission and everything went perfectly. Possibility to stay longer if we appreciate each other. :-) More details and pictures through PM. I am looking for a quiet, orderly roommate with a great dose of joie de vivre. Sometimes a cat called Dora, come to say "hello" (meow, I'm hungry) better if u are not allergic and love pets and also share a drink or meal together.
