Very spacious between 18 to 30 square meters. It is rented for one person, couples and pets are not allowed. Excellent location near the metro Usera (line 6), Almendrales (line 3), as well as the train station "DOCE DE OCTUBRE" that goes directly to ATOCHA. Very well communicated with the Universidad Autonoma by public transport. In the neighborhood, there are all kinds of services: bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. -SP- Preciosa habitación exterior, muy amplía unos 18 m2, cuenta con cama individual, grandes armarios empotrados, gastos incluidos en Madrid Río. Ubicación excelente, muy bien comunicado con el transporte público tanto autobuses como el metro.
