This large two-room apartment is located in a very well maintained "old Milano" style building in a strategic position. Located in the center of the Affori district which retains the characteristics of a small town but is part of the Milan service network. The apartment consists of an entrance that gives onto the living room with an open kitchen and leads to the recently renovated bathroom with shower. Crossing the hall you enter the large double bedroom. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Affori Centro (M3) yellow line metro stop, which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet, the apartment is near the university center of the Politecnico di Milano Bovisa and the Milan Niguarda hospital. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that. - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
