The room is located at Keleti Railway Station, and the building has an elevator. The entire apartment has 6 rooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms, and three bathrooms. The transportation is very convenient, the M2 and M4 subway stations are just downstairs, and there are many bus lines. There are McDonald's, KFC, Burger King and SPAR supermarket downstairs. Private bathroom and toilet PLEASE NOTE: + Bills are not included in the rent price. + Admin fee (One time fee, must be paid before the check in). RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - Please note that we kindly request you to complete all payments (deposit & admin fee) within 48 hours of signing your contract.
