It is fitted with all the necessary appliances to make sure you have everything at your fingertips, including air conditioning, Smart TV, and parking included. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and has been designed with relaxation and rest in mind. The apartment has electronic locks so you can choose between checking in remotely and contactless or alternatively, in our office where a person from the team will greet you the day of your arrival. This stylish apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the main train station Estación de Tren María Zambrano and the central Bus Station. The famous Calle Larios is only 12 minutes away and the Mercado del Carmen is just next door, the perfect getaway for authentic and local food and a shopping experience. The Malagueta is a pleasant 20 minutes' walk away from the property, which will take you along the port and the Paseo Marítimo. Being close to the center of the city, this area has plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and shops and a residential flair, for you to peruse and enjoy.
