MONTHLY RENT & BILLS: The monthly rent is prepaid at the beginning of each month. Bills such as water, internet, and building expenses are a fixed monthly amount paid in cash. The electricity bill is paid separately and calculated based on individual consumption, as each bedroom has its own electric meter. At the end of each month, we check the meters and calculate the amount each tenant consumed. The total consumption of the apartment is divided among the tenants, taking into account the common spaces. The amount payable is determined by the current energy price and the consumption of each tenant. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage to the room or apartment. OTHER DETAILS: To book the apartment, you'll need to provide your passport number or AFM. The air conditioning in the apartment serves both cooling and heating purposes.
