Apartment Description The landlord is completely renovating the apartment. He sent me some temporary pictures, rendering photos, just to show you how the apartment will be furnished. It will be a very modern and functional design. There will be wooden floor and custom furnitures. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a ‘900 building with elevator. The facade will be renovated by December 2022. Entering in the apartment, on the right, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigeratore/freezer, electric and microwaves ovens, the dishwasher, the washing machine/dryer. In front of the kitchen there is a structure (in Italian we call it “island”) with the induction plates and the sink you, can use as a table with 2 foot stools. In the living room there are a couch with electrical chaise longue, a 6 persons table with chairs, a furniture with the TV. The living room has 2 windows, so it’s very bright. The large bedroom is very modern as well, it has a double bed with container and a walk-in closet. The modern bathroom has a large shower and the bidet, separated from the sink by a tempered glass door, and the window. Mosquito nets in all the windows. High speed internet connection and AC. All the equipments will be brand-new and you could be the first renter! 😉 Security deposit of € 1500. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 300. The area is very good connected by all the main public transports, so you can very easily reach any side of the city. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, parks, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. By metro you can easily reach Istituto Marangoni in 17 minutes, walking included.
