The place is currently occupied and the tenants will leave en of April (might be possible to already move in the week before). Basement available. Visits to be organized depending on everyone's availability. Rent 1250€ + 75€ for common charges including elevator, cleaning of the common spaces (special local for trashes),gardening.....
