L'appartement de 126 m2 a en plus un grand balcon-loggia de 17m2, une pièce de rangement, un local à vélo sécurisé. Il est au 2ème avec ascenseur. Les places de parking sont nombreuses et gratuite (marché des Vosges). Tout est meublé, la cuisine est bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, four, four à micro-ondes, et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour cuisiner. La table de la cuisine a un coin repas. Un WC est séparé. La salle de bain comprend une baignoire qui est aussi une douche et un lave-linge. Dans le salon, tu trouveras des canapés et une smart TV. (on te demandera une participation de 5€ par mois pour internet avec fibre). La salle à manger a une table en verre et des chaises pour manger plus confortablement si on est plusieurs. Les commerces, (Aldi, boulangerie, pharmacie, poste, camion de pizza, restaus, marché...) sont à côté. Ta chambre donnera sur le balcon, au sud, vers une rue calme, elle est très lumineuse et confortablement équipée pour ranger tes habits, lit avec couette et oreiller, table, chaise, table de nuit......

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
