L'appartement est composé de 4 chambres avec salon , sdb, wc, cuisine avec rangements, four, four à micro ondes, frigo, plaques de cuisson, et une mini buanderie avec machine à laver. La chambre, très lumineuse, est équipée d'un lit double, dressing, table et étagère de rangements. La résidence, très arborée, est proche du métro , commerces, pharmacie. Le bus au pied de la résidence amène au centre ville en 10mns. Le campus Condorcet est à proximité. L'appartement est très calme, le voisinage poli et sympa.
