The apartment is bright, quiet and suitable for students and professionals. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a walk in closet, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with: - washing machine - oven - dishwasher - television - cooking utensils - sheets and pillowcases The monthly price is 1200 euros, excluding utilities (electricity, water, gas) and including condominium fees and WIFI connection.
