Hello everyone, the bright and modernly furnished room in a shared apartment is on the ground floor of the end-of-terrace house and was recently renovated. The room has its own private kitchen. There are 3 separate toilets/bathrooms in the house. International as well as national residents are welcome and will be assisted in English, German and more languages if needed! The common rooms of the flat share are kept clean twice a week by a cleaner. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaning staff...) are included in the rent. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Köln-Blumenberg S-Bahn station. Internationale sowie nationale Bewohner sind willkommen und werden bei Bedarf in englischer, deutscher und weiteren Sprachen unterstützt! Die gemeinsame Räumlichkeiten der WG werden zwei mal die Woche von einer Reinigungskraft sauber gehalten.
