Welcome to our new, peaceful, crisp apartment in the recently renovated (November 2022) Seifert residence! Located in Prague's hip&local neighbourhood of Žižkov. Fantastic public transport connection, within walking distance of the city centre! Just two tram stops away from the Train Station! Recently finished to accommodate your every need. Ideally suited for a business trip, a casual stay with a loved one, or a summer solo retreat! The space Our apartment consists of the following: Spacious bedroom with a fully equipped kitchenette Bathroom with a shower Best amenities: Free wifi Washer Fully equipped kitchen Guest access The apartment is completely private. You will also have access to the building yard and shared balcony. Other things to note Important Information: Stay 6-12 months and receive a 10% discount. Limited parking spots(7) in our garage are available to rent as well for a fee. Upon arrival, we will need to collect the mandatory city tourist fee of 50 czk/per person/night - it is NOT for us, but we are obliged to collect it for the City council. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
